Parkwood Terrace is perfect for my tiny family consisting of My partner, our fur babies and myself. It's a smaller complex with quiet and caring neighbors. Tiffany and Justin were beyond helpful when getting me set up to sign my lease. Not to mention all the renovations that have really turned this property around! The complex is big dog friendly which is difficult to find in the area. I was ecstatic to snag a unit close to the dog park.

Parkwood Terrace is the place where i cant wait to get to. Its my solace after a long day at work. Pulling up seeing our community people outside walking the dog, kids laughing and playing. And neighbors smiling. On top of all this, we have great management team Tiffany who is always smiling, Justin who is very pleasant, Peter and Alex wonderful maintenance men. My son loves this place especially the pool parties. Lol!

Really like the new look of the Balcony’s, painting of the exterior of the apartments and the mail room. Was very happy how fast the maintenance man got our AC fixed.
